Who we are
Taobao-Spreadsheets is an independent editorial and sourcing project built for the post-Pandabuy era. When Pandabuy closed in 2024, roughly 14 million buyer accounts had to find new agents — and the information landscape fragmented into affiliate-driven review sites that earn commissions for steering you toward specific agents. We built this site to be the opposite of that: agent reviews written from the buyer's side, with no commission relationship influencing what we say.
Our sourcing relationships run deeper than reviews. We work with a supplier network that has been operating since 2015 — more than ten years of direct factory relationships across 40+ suppliers, spanning sneakers, luxury bags, watches, jewelry, soccer jerseys, streetwear, and more. Over that decade we have served buyers in 14+ countries, shipping via DHL Express to the USA, UK, EU, Australia, and Canada in 6–12 days, and via MailAmericas consolidation to LATAM in 8–15 days.
What we actually do
A couple of things. First, we publish independent reviews of the ten Tier-1 Taobao agents — CNFans, Superbuy, Sugargoo, Kakobuy, Mulebuy, ACBuy, Hoobuy, CSSBuy, Basetao, and Hipobuy. Every review is built from public Trustpilot data, Reddit community sentiment, and official agent documentation. We verify specific numbers — review counts, fee structures, storage windows — rather than repeating marketing claims. When an agent has a real flaw, we say so; every review includes a "When NOT to pick this agent" section.
Second, we maintain a Yupoo catalog of 40+ verified seller pages and a direct ordering channel via WhatsApp. For buyers who want to skip the agent layer entirely, our 5-step method connects you to factories directly: pick a photo, get a quote within 6 hours, pay, approve a 360° QC video before anything ships, and receive DHL tracking within 48 hours.
The four pillars of how we work
Everything we publish follows four non-negotiable principles. Zero fabricated data: every figure on this site — Trustpilot review counts, fees, shipping times — is verified against a real source, with a "verified as of" date. Zero fabricated people: we never invent customer names, testimonials, or staff identities. Zero fake reviews: the agent sentiment we report comes from real public review platforms, not from us. Honest trade-offs: no agent is perfect, and we document the weaknesses alongside the strengths so you can decide for yourself.
Why independence matters here
Most Taobao-agent review sites earn affiliate commissions — when you sign up through their link, they get paid. That creates a structural incentive to rank whichever agent pays the most, not whichever serves you best. We don't take those commissions. Our reviews rank agents by what the public data actually shows: CNFans for catalog breadth and community, Mulebuy for the highest 5-star Trustpilot consistency, Sugargoo for QC depth, Superbuy for the longest track record, and so on. When CNFans changed its referral commission policy in January 2026, we reported it plainly rather than burying it. When Mulebuy's EU IOSS rollout turned out to be incomplete, we said so, even though Mulebuy is otherwise excellent.
Our experience and data sources
The supplier network behind this site has a decade of direct factory experience — which batches (PK God, LJR, B12, Aeroswift Player) come from which factories, which carriers clear customs fastest on each lane, and how to handle the QC-video workflow that protects buyers. That operational experience informs our editorial: we're not summarizing other people's reviews, we're applying ten years of hands-on sourcing knowledge to evaluate each agent. We cross-reference every claim against Trustpilot, Reddit's r/FashionReps and r/RepLadies, and official agent documentation, and we date every data point so you know how fresh it is.
We also revisit each agent review on a rolling monthly basis, because the post-Pandabuy landscape shifts quickly — fees change, Trustpilot counts climb, shipping lines open and close, and policies are revised without notice. A review accurate in March can drift by June, so every page carries a clear reviewed-as-of date and a scheduled next-review window.
